i'm just so tired.
Echoing my Season 1 tribute last year, here’s a big group shot I’ve drawn in celebration of PUBERTINA SEASON 2!! I can’t thank my dear friend Emily Brundige enough for having me be a part of this amazing series. Catch the Pubertina finale, this Wednesday on Shut Up Cartoons!

50’s sci-fi and cheesy B-movies are the name of the game, so here’s my Day the Earth Stood Still homage entitled “Gort’s Sensitive Side”.
Tons of awesome artists are a part of this show, so come on out to Titmouse this Saturday night for an evening dedicated to wonderful schlock!

A little gift for my dear friend Sara Pocock! She’s riding a cintiq pen! Why? Because whenever she’s creating art, she totally ROCKS that shit!!
Sara is one of the most talented people I know, and if it weren’t for her I wouldn’t experience nearly an iota of the beauty and fun that I’ve gotten to discover within Los Angeles. Whenever I’m bored or some friends ask me what to do this weekend, I always know to ask Sara. She’s got her fingers on the pulse of this scene!!

Here’s the Channy opening sequence featuring my artwork! Sorry, I swear this is the last post I’ll make about this! It’s just so cool to see them all compiled together thanks to Morgan Locke’s amazing editing skills!!

Here’s a cartoon for my good friend Alex. He is one talented, kickass dude!
You might know him from his hit animated TV series, but as for me, he and I first bonded through our mutual affection towards beer. If you can guess what kind he is enjoying in this drawing (hint: use the colors as a clue), you win!

It was such an honor being asked to draw the opening sequence for the 2012 Channies… Thanks to everyone for the kind words. These were so much fun to draw! Click here to see my Facebook album with all of them!

Tumblr is exploding with Sugar Rush fanart this week! I am slammed busy with so many projects right now (more on those soon), but made some time for Vanellope here! “I’m adorable! And I’m a winner! And everybody loves an adorable winner!”

Profound words to think about…

Profound words to think about…

Here’s my piece for Danielle Kramer’s UNDER THE BED art show this Saturday night (10/6) at Meltdown Comics in Hollywood!
The idea is to draw what you imagined was under your bed as a child. I never really had my own monster under the bed or in the closet, but a lot of scenes from my favorite movies would scare the crap out of me. The final battle with Ursula in The Little Mermaid, the ending fight sequence with Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit… But what might’ve scared me more than any of those was in Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure, when he gets a lift from Large Marge. That claymation that she turns into at the end of that scene… *shudder*
Anyway, don’t miss this fun night of lookbacks into your own childhood psyche! Come check it out at Meltdown Comics - CLICK HERE For More Info or check out the flyer below!
